Creative Arts Discovery & Practice (CADP) is required.

This six-week course engages the whole self through a mix of tried-and-true intuitive exercises developed by Art & Soul founder Arunima Orr.

Your experienced CADP teacher will create a safe space and guide practices in play, movement, sounding, and breathing to help bypass the conditioned mind, allowing you to drop into deeper self-knowledge and connectedness.

Through experimentation and exploration, you will be led to uncover, or rediscover, your intuition, artistic urges, and innate mark-making.

Day and evening classes are available and the next cohort starts Sept. 17.
