The Marin County Civic Center in San Rafael, California, is a landmark complex designed by Frank Lloyd Wright at the age of 90, known for its distinctive blue, scalloped roofs and golden spire, and is the largest building/project he ever designed as well as his last major commission. Completed after his death,by his protégé Aaron Green, it houses county government offices, courts, and a post office, and features a lagoon, park, and the Marin Center for events, making it both a working government center and a cultural hub.
