Hi everyone!

I appreciate all the support over the last 4-5 years those who have worked with me for a short period of time and those who have stayed with me as I’ve evolved your training experiences.

I came on here to announce that I will no longer be doing online personal training and health + mindset coaching after April 2023. I am no longer taking on anymore clients and I apologize to those who have reached out.

Life is taking me onto a different path, still with mental health and wellness but just not the physical aspect anymore.

I will be Facilitating Online Intuitive Therapeutic Art Sessions privately one on one and also in group settings. (This is non-clinical art therapy)

I am excited to help others on an even deeper level by guiding them through grief, releasing suppressed emotions, communicating/understanding/expressing emotions, working through past emotional/mental/physical traumas, self empowerment and self love via creativity and artistic expression!

I’m so grateful for those who have been supporting from day one and those who have came along the way! 💕

I’ve been focusing on what is in ALIGNMENT with my truest self and this feels SO right! 🌙
