Congratulations to IEC Middle Tennessee's May Milwaukee Tool Apprentice of the Month! Sungmyung Rho is a 1st Year Apprentice and his impressive GPA, thoughtful work, and PERFECT ATTENDANCE have led him to be our Apprentice of the Month! Sungmyung works for Weifield Group Contracting, a full-service and privately-held electrical contracting firm with working areas in Colorado, Tennessee, Texas, and Wyoming!

Sungmyung's instructor noted that "he never fails to demonstrate excellence in professionalism and respect for the trade"!

Congratulations to IEC Middle Tennessee's April Milwaukee Tool Apprentice of the Month! Shane Robinson is a 2nd Year Apprentice and his dedication and outstanding GPA have led him to be our Apprentice of the Month. Shane works for Extreme Electric, Inc. one of our mid-size electrical contractor members located in the Greater Nashville area.

Shane's dedication to our program is clearly demonstrated through his work ethic, participation, and the quality of work he produces.

Congratulations to IEC Middle Tennessee's March Milwaukee Tool Apprentice of the Month! Destiny Martin is a 1st Year Apprentice and her attitude, ambition, and level of work have set the standard of what it means to be a successful Apprentice. Destiny works for the Romanoff Group - Commercial/Residential Electrical & HVAC , a full-service Electrical and HVAC contractor born in Central, Ohio, but also services clients in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, Virginia, and North Carolina.

Destiny's current instructor said: “Destiny has a great attitude and a real drive to succeed which shows in her work and class participation." It is also important to note that her instructor immediately said her name without question when asked his opinion of who deserved the title this month! Way to go Destiny!

Congratulations to IEC Middle Tennessee's February Milwaukee Tool Apprentice of the Month! Gary Myers is a 3rd Year Apprentice and has been one to watch in any class or lab he has been a part of during his time with IEC. Gary works for Team Electrical Contracting, Inc., one of the first electrical contractors to believe in, build, and become a member of our chapter.

Gary's current instructor states: “Gary is a diligent worker and asset to our classroom with both his knowledge and experience”.

Congratulations to IEC Middle Tennessee's first EVER Milwaukee Tool’s Apprentice of the Month! Zay Naing is a 4th Year Apprentice and will be a part of our first graduating Apprentice class! He works for deGraauw Electric and has never failed to impress his instructors and peers with his work ethic.

From one of his instructors: "Zay’s level of dedication to learning is the bar that all students should strive to meet."

Our chapter had an amazing time at the IEC Spark convention last week!

And just like that, we won a growth award and National had a big backdrop with our chapter on it!
