COURSE HIGHLIGHT: Multimedia Storytelling lets you tap into your creative side! ✨ You’ll head out into the real world to create an audio story that highlights a live event and the people who make it come alive. You’ll also get to create a sports video package - interviewing players, coaches, and capturing fans’ favorite moments. It’s a hands-on chance to build your skills and tell stories that stick with people. ⚾️ 🎥

Senior Alaina Morris is the first Lipscomb student ever selected for the Sports Journalism Institute! She is one of 16 students selected for the program which will convene for a boot camp at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State from June 7-11. Congratulations Alaina!

Congratulations to our talented SOCO students for their recognition at the Southeast Journalism Conference in Starkville, Mississippi! With 27 universities participating this year, Lipscomb had over five student winners. A special congratulations to Hanna Brazeal, Joey Dwyer, Jeikof Alfaro, Micah Barkley, Miranda Hart, Gracie Stanley, and the Bison Radio Student Team for their accomplishments. We’re proud of the hard work and dedication they continue to bring to their craft!
