The renovation of the House is almost complete. It will be complete by Homecoming. The House Corp will host an open-house, then.

The 24th Ave entrance will be foot traffic only. The street has been closed. The new dorm being constructed on the former Deke house site is shown in the background.

Renovation construction is well underway. No major change orders, yet. Still on schedule for completion in the Fall. It may be open for a visit at Homecoming.

Final plans are under review for the Building Permit. Construction is planned/hoped to start on Feb 15 or 22. Completion is scheduled for the late Summer.

Plans to remodel the house are almost complete. Look for details by the end of the month.

Architects have resumed working to finalize the plans for an updated Chapter House. No pool or a 3rd floor but modernized residential spaces with 4 singles plus the RA suite and more usable main floor space.
Hopefully, renovation will begin this Oct/Nov.

The House Corp is funding a $1.5 M renovation of the Chapter House. We are working with VU to have it done before recolonization in 2020.

We need a more knowledgeable that me (a very low bar) site administrator. Does any brother want to volunteer.
