💕Today, was meeting day for the shareholder team of the salon where I work,
Several years ago, I joined the team of leaders because I was ready to take my mission and my impact on the industry in a different direction,
I wanted to make a difference not only to clients by making them look and feel good (which I still do),
but I wanted to help lead within the salon world in some way.
I knew that Studio Gaven had been a big part of my growth as a professional and I wanted to help carry on the legacy of it, and have some influence in the continuing success of it and the people within it into the next era.
It has been one of the most developmental, rewarding and eye-opening chapters I have embarked on in my career and I am so happy I did it.
Whether you are a new stylist or a veteran. I want you to know that you there are more opportunities to grow and feel fulfilled in your career than you may realize.
Open you mind to the possibilities and don’t ever limit yourself.
No matter your age or experience level.
Keep exploring options. Keep being open to new things. Keep reinventing yourself. Have fun with your career and see where it can take you.
The more experiences you have the more colorful your tapestry will be. And the more you explore, the more you will uncover rewards you never thought possible,
