MNPS recently shouted out our very own Dr. Benjamin Simmons for his leadership of Promising Scholars at Lakeview this summer:

Lakeview Elementary's Benjamin Simmons shared, "I am incredibly excited to lead our Promising Scholars Summer Program at Lakeview this year! Seeing the joy on students’ faces as they engage in learning, fun activities, and meaningful collaboration with their peers will be truly inspiring, not only for me, but also for the dedicated teachers who will be supporting your students.

We have many exciting opportunities planned. This year, we are proud to partner with Crown Up Learning, who will provide interactive, game-based activities designed to make learning both fun and impactful. In addition, we will support students in making meaningful academic gains throughout the summer and into the 2026–2027 school year."

TCAP testing resumes tomorrow for our third, fourth, and fifth grade students. Get a good night’s sleep and be on time in the morning to be ready to shine on the test!

Come cheer on our Lakeview Lions in their championship game at Antioch High tomorrow at 8 AM!

After a fun pep rally on Friday and a win at the soccer game on Saturday, our students are ready to rock the TCAP testing starting tomorrow. We can't wait to see EVERYONE at school on time tomorrow.
