We learned a lot and felt empowered while writing letters to advocate for donations for the Barnes Affordable Housing Fund.

Yesterday, members of Vanderbilt CKI volunteered at Second Harvest Food Bank. Second Harvest collects, sorts, and distributes food to more than 450 partner agencies. Thanks to Second Harvest for having us, and thanks to all the volunteers who came out to help!

Yesterday morning, Vanderbilt CKI volunteered with LP PENCIL Box. LP PENCIL Box is an wonderful organization that provides free school supplies to teachers to help ensure academic success for low income students.
