Begin Anew

We want to congratulate Martresse and Brianna on receiving scholarships for continued education!

Martresse received the Faye-Dove Scholarship awarded by Compass Ministries - Christian Women & Men's Job Corps and WMU Foundation - Woman’s Missionary Union help with continued costs of education and training.

Brianna received the Wilson-Day Scholarship award (named in honor of Creely Wilson our founder and Amanda Day). This is also to help Brianna with continued education costs.

We are so proud of these individuals and the hard work they put int achieving their High School Equivalency Diplomas at Begin Anew. We continue to pray for them and celebrate successes as we know they have bright futures ahead!

In two weeks, we will be celebrating over 52 graduates as they receive their certificate of completion at our graduation ceremony. This year has already been a blessing, and we know you will continue to make it another wonderful year for Begin Anew!

Earlier this week, Shane (Program Manager) got to share about Begin Anew with the Crievewood Baptist Church’s Women on Mission group. He had a wonderful time sharing with them, answering questions, and building community.

We are grateful for our partnership with Crievewood Baptist Church and how it has flourished and grown over the past few years.

This is the moment that Triona found out she passed her math exam! We don’t always get to capture these moments, but this is why we do what we do.

We are so proud of Triona and excited for this step towards receiving her diploma! We are grateful for your support that leads to celebrations like this.

We are looking for a Childcare Coordinator for our Franklin Campus!

Under the direction and guidance of the Program Manager, the Children's Program Coordinator will plan, prepare, and execute two components of our Children's Programming: Bible story time and craft/play time, at our Franklin Campus. Work hours would include Tuesday and Thursday Mornings (9:00am-12:00pm). The Children’s Program Coordinator will schedule and coordinate a team of volunteers to consistently offer a high level of excellence and care in Children's Programming for children aged infant - 5th grade. 5-10 hours a week.
