🥵today’s workout was not easy. And I didn’t want to finish it. But I kept saying over and over (in my head) WE GET TO workout. And it’s true, we get do a lot of things that are flat out amazing, even though the ego would have us believe otherwise.

All I know is that organized sound (music) is one of the most powerful and natural tools we have available to us for lifting our energy, mood, and attitude. I also believe we don’t even have a clue about how powerful sound is!

🫨 You and I both know that the human voice is one of the most powerful natural technologies on the planet. If we know that, then where will that line of thinking take us in the future? I think we haven’t even got a clue how we will discover/rediscover the healing power of the human voice!

💪🏻 but what about little kids on those talents shows who sing like they are 45? We don’t know how many potential lifetimes they spent honing their craft either! No matter what you believe or don’t believe, the truth is we will never know what people have been through or what they’ve done to sing the way they do.
