Happy 30th Birthday to my wife Taylor Wood Smith who is the light of my life, my muse, my love, my best friend and so much more!!

These last 8 months with Juni have been the most challenging and the most rewarding in all our 9 years together (5 married) and watching you become the most AMAZING mother we all knew you would be is one of the greatest joys of my life!!

How lucky am I and how lucky are we to have such a patient, strong, fun, loving, smart, selfless, beautiful, adventurous and courageous woman leading our family!!

Did you know Taylor was a state champion soccer player?

Did you know Taylor worked in the Pediatric Cardiac ICU at Vanderbilt when we lived in Nashville?

Did you know Taylor had no musical background whatsoever before learning ukulele and writing her own songs in 2020 and then performing with me on stage The Windmill Bar in 2021?

Did you know Taylor’s a badass rock climber who can send it on routes I cannot?

Did you know Taylor and I graduated from the same Yoga Teacher Training at Nashville Yoga Company and during our final/only visualization meditation session we unknowingly went to the SAME EXACT PLACE IN OUR MIND/MEMORY?!

You now know WE ARE SOUL MATES (and she’s going to recommend I delete most of this caption)

R.I.P Dolly Parton may we all keep her music and warm, loving, generous spirit alive and well for generations to come. This is one of my favorite songs and lyrics of hers called 🪻🌺🌻
