Three-day donation match! A couple of months ago, we had a donation match for a planned concert with The Enforcer Band at the Streets of Indian Lake in Hendersonville. Thanks to all who gave at the time; it helped us a lot for summer programs! Since the concert was rescheduled for tomorrow (Thursday) due to stormy weather, we have another generous donation matching offer for this week’s finally-happening concert.

School is back for the fall, and Cottage Cove is working to help as many as possible, so every dollar counts. I first posted her photo at the beginning of the last school year. One year later, Ning is thriving in her chosen Cottage Cove elective of guitar. And she received more than a certificate. Thanks to our partnership with Instruments of Joy, the guitar she has been practicing with now belongs to her. Thank you for enabling Cottage Cove to help students like Ning!

On Thursday evening, the Enforcer Band will host a benefit concert for Cottage Cove at the Streets of Indian Lake in Hendersonville. We’d love to see you there, but even if you can’t come, you can help us with your generous gift in support of our daily programs for at-risk children in Nashville. Dreaming of Christmas morning. For Cottage Cove’s Christmas with Dignity Store, that’s this Saturday! As of today, we have the necessary toys and gift items. Thanks to hundreds of people who have given and volunteered, or will serve tomorrow and the next day, to bless these families. We’re a bit light on winter coats, so any last-minute gifts coming in will be used to augment those or cover additional costs. See the first comment for a secure giving link. Have a Merry Christmas!

It's almost Christmas. Through the efforts of many volunteers and donors, the Cottage Cove Christmas with Dignity Store is taking shape. With two days remaining, we’re so close, but we have a bit more shopping to do as financial gifts come in. We could use some more help on Saturday (store day) in the mid-afternoon. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. We’re now ready for 70% of the kids whose parents have been invited to shop at Cottage Cove’s Christmas with Dignity Store this Saturday. We could use your help to get all the way over the next four days. And, we could use a few more volunteers in the early afternoon on Saturday. With 7 days to be ready for all children whose families have been invited to Cottage Cove’s Christmas with Dignity Store on December 13, we are now prepared for slightly more than half. Cottage Cove’s Christmas with Dignity store is only 11 days away, and we can use your help! While we have many items in place, we still need many larger toys and gifts to be ready for all the invited families. Your financial gift of any amount will help children have a fantastic Christmas morning. And, all next week, we can use volunteers to help us set up and staff the store. If you can help with the store day (from shopping assistants to gift-wrapping), please sign up for a time slot (or two) on our online form.
