Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year friends!
I am a student at the AngloAmericanUni in Prague. This summer I am running my own business in WA and Attitude is everything. Of this, we have no doubts. Why?
What we believe at Southwestern Advantage:
Attitude is everything
It's what gets you up in the morning a half-hour before your competition so you can come out ahead. It's what pushes you through tough times when life is caving in all around you. And it's what helps you show compassion to those who need it - even when you've got your own stresses. Control the controllables

Last night I had a very vivid dream of being back to LC Valley, and it brought back so many beautiful memories and all the amazing friends I’ve been blessed to meet during my 2 summers there. Just want you to know how awesome y’all are and how much I appreciate every single one of you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Many of you know my story with Lucy, and finally we made it official! I flew to Slovakia in April this year and we got engaged and married 2 weeks after. We kept it super low key - It was just two of us. Then we traveled with a group of our close friends from the US to Prague - the city where we met and that means so much to both of us.
Life has been crazy busy in the last few years. Hopefully can give a bigger update sometime soon. Meanwhile, I’m in Nashville, TN right now so if anyone is somewhere around here, would love to see you or at least send me a DM how your life has been. Love y’all! You guys are awesome!

Hey friends,
I hope everyone is doing fantastic! As many of you might know, I am working in IT right now, and like to listen to some nerdy podcasts on tech, finances, and self development. Few weeks ago I listened to the episode with Ryan Montgomery - arguably #1 ethic hacker that talked about how to protect your kids from on-line predators. After listening to that episode I immediately thought of y'all since majority of you here have young kiddos. Here is the link to it, I hope it will be of value to you:
Ryan Montgomery - #1 Ethical Hacker Who Hunts Child Predators Catches One Live On Podcast | SRS #56 1 in 5 children in the United States will be sexually exploited online. Every 9 minutes, Child Protective Services finds evidence of child sexual abuse. 93% ...

Last week I went to an IT conference to Boise, ID. I realized how much I was missing Idaho’s late sunsets (9:51 pm that’s when the first picture was taken), and for sure the people 💙 You guys are AMAZING!
Happy Father’s Day to all the awesome dads I’ve met through my selling books journey!

It has been exactly 2 years since I left the book field.
Thanks to all of you friends it has been a hack of a journey so far. Just wanted to share some udpates of what happened since moving to the States.
After moving to Nashville, we bought a house and turn part of it into the an Airbnb, and started to run this business. We called it “2nd Life”. It’s definitely a lot more work than people think. Running the book business, helps a whole bunch. All the same principles are being applied here.
Owning a property is a lot more work than we thought. We love to refurbish things and give them a second life. For the sake of learning and saving money, we embarked on the journey of doing majority of the projects by ourselves. We definitely learned a lot - we learned how to build garden beds, plant fruits and veggies, paint, dry wall, refinsihing furniture, do some electrical work, and a bunch of other small projects. So much fun! 90% of the furniture around the house, has been purchased of Facebook Marketplace, refinished, fixed, and given a second life.
Got my 2nd degree in June of 2022. It was interesting to pass the exams on-line, while being sick with COVID and wake up at 3am to fit the timezone. But that is ✅.
We’ve been crazy busy with work, workouts, and traveling once in a while to different places in the US.
For new years last year I took one of my best friends to Moldova, and a little European trip. Within 2 weeks, we’ve visited Moldova, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Germany. It was one of a kind trip, because the crew we had (everyone sold books), will probably never be the same. We had an absolute blast!
In Feb we started our swim team here in Nashville - The Reiver Rats. We went to a small local meet and between 3 of us we went on ranking 4th team out 10 teams that had at least 10 swimmers each. (14 1st places, and 2 2nd palces). I set the pull record for 200yard Breastroke.
My mom turn 65 in April, and I brought her to the US as a birthday present so she can experience the real America, and not the one that is shown on the media. We went to the Smokie Mountains - Gatliburg. Did the moonshine tasting - best $5 I spent in a long time 😀 Then I took her to Florida Keys so she can see the Ocean for the first time in her life. What a great joy to see her enjoying the water and life.
Then I had my US mom (Robin) visiting me in Nashville. It was so great to have her at our place and have a chance to spend some time together. She is a total badass! Seeing how much she changed, and moving forward is awesome! She changed soooo much. She started her own business. (Tide eye - If anyone in the Valley would like to have a fun activity for kids or even adults - contact Robin she is going to make it very memorable) I love Robin and who she is!
In May of 2023 I took on the 75 challenge which turned to be 101 days :))) I thought it will be just a legitimate excuse why I’m not drinking, but I actually learned about myself more than I expected.
More posts to come in the future about those separate events. But for now, it’s the end of the report. 😃

Dear LC Family,
before my post of good news, here is a more exciting post that you can actually be involved in. My 2 really good friends from Bulgaria will be working in LC Valley this summer doing the exact same thing that I was doing, and they are looking for a place to stay for the summer, or even first 2 weeks. They are super cool, fun, hard-working (out of the house at 8am , coming back at 10pm, 6 days per week), clean and respectful (might be even cooler than me :)))
If you know anyone who might have a spare room for rent, and would like to have 2 International College Exchange students in their home, please reach out to me. I can promise you that having Angel "The Bookman" Karpatov and Peter "The Bookman" Petkov will be absolutely worth it for you and your entire family. I love those two guys. Making friends all over the world is always fun. Even a temporary place to stay for 1-2 weeks will be super helpful. Please reach out to me directly if you'd like more info?

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Just wanted to say a HUGE thanks for being a part of this journey! Finally, graduated with the bachelor’s in Marketing and Communication. All y’all helped me tremendously by doing business with me and investing in your own kids’/ grandkids education. That will not be possible without you friends.
It’s a bittersweet feeling because on one hand I’m finally done with school, on the other hand I missed a trip that I was waiting for for the whole year with one of my most favorite people in the world - Mo and Lon to one of the most beautiful cities in the world - Prague :( I hope we will have a chance to re-do it at some point soon.
Happy Thanksgiving friends!
