Congratulations to the NHS Students of the Month for August! We have had a great first 5 weeks of school and are looking forward to our break next week! Thank you Hanna Clements-Farm Bureau and the NHS Student Council for sponsoring these students!

10th grader Gemma Harberson was nominated by Mrs. Jennifer Walker. Mrs. Walker said "Gemma has shown enthusiasm for literature like I have seen in no other students in my eight years at Nashville High School. Her questions about the literature are thoughtful and insightful, and her work has been impeccable thus far. She is also kind and helpful to other students in the classroom."

11th grader Adolfo Puente was nominated by Mrs. Carolanne Pinegar. Mrs. Pinegar said "Adolfo works hard in class every day even if no one else is. He does whatever he is asked and is extremely creative. If he doesn't know how to do something in a difficult software program he takes initiative and figures it out!"

12th grader Anna Kate McKinnon was nominated by Mrs. Terri McJunkins. Mrs. McJunkins said "Anna Kate is dependable and shows exceptional character and leadership."

Congratulations guys!!
