Our fall sessions are in full swing and we’re excited for what our Kings have and will continue to experience!

👑 Members of The 100 lead our Kings Corner sessions to engage with Kings and share their personal journeys, career paths, or hobbies.

👑Financial Literacy is the fall focus for our Gentlemen and Barons cohorts.
✨ Our Gentlemen are learning the fundamentals for financial literacy through FifthThird Bank’s online platform, Young Bankers Club.
✨Our Barons are learning directly from the experts at Ascend and Regions Bank through the engaging FDIC curriculum.

👑Health & Wellness is the fall focus for our Knights & Dukes cohorts.
✨Our Knights have completed health and wellness rotations covering a variety of topics. Students have explored cardiovascular health, healthy eating, reading food labels, and the benefits for walking and exercise.
✨Our Dukes have learned the importance of blood pressure, what impacts it, and had hands-on practice taking BP from Respiratory Therapist, Adrienne Mayo. The American Red Cross also led an experience for students to learn basic emergency procedures and CPR.
