• The 100 KINGS is an all-inclusive program designed to help black male youth develop the knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to succeed in life. One of the primary goals of the program is to prepare the students to succeed in college. Our KINGS begin the program as fifth graders and remain until the end of the senior year of high school.
• As the 100 KINGS graduate from high school and at
tend college, they “graduate” to the College KINGS program and are eligible to receive academic scholarships based on cumulative GPA.
• The 100 Black Men of Middle Tennessee sponsors collegiate volunteer organizations from local college campuses in support of its programmatic efforts and to further its mentorship and scholarship outreach in the community. These young men, known as the Collegiate 100, share a common interest with that of The 100 which is to enhance and improve the quality of life for younger black males of Middle Tennessee through mentoring and tutoring programs. Currently, there are over 200 Collegiate 100 members in chapters established at Middle Tennessee State University and Tennessee State University
