Summer with Rejoice is right around the corner!

Enrollment is now open for classes at our Smith Springs location. Plus, we still have room in all our summer camps, classes, and even teen ballet!

It’s the perfect time for dancers to try something new, build skills, and stay moving all summer long.

A big thank you to the wonderful volunteers from HCA Healthcare for spending time with Rejoice today!

Their team helped create tutus for our winter Children’s Ballet Showcase. These handmade costumes help keep participation affordable for families by eliminating the need to purchase performance costumes.

Volunteers play such an important role in supporting our programs and events, and we are grateful for partners who help make opportunities like this possible for our dancers.

✨TEACHER SPOTLIGHT✨

Meet Ms. Allison! Ms. Allison started dancing at just five years old and quickly fell in love with exploring as many styles as possible. That passion led her to minor in dance at Belmont University, where she realized that dance would always be part of her life.

One of the things she values most about Rejoice is the supportive community. From the teachers to the families to the administrative team, everyone works together to create an encouraging environment where dancers can thrive.

At the end of this semester, Ms. Allison will be leaving Rejoice to pursue an MFA in Dance at the University of California, Irvine. She has received a fully funded offer along with a teaching assistantship, an incredible next step in her journey!

We are so grateful for the joy, knowledge, and encouragement Ms. Allison has shared with our dancers over the years, and we cannot wait to see all that she accomplishes next!

Rejoice students will be performing at the 17th Annual Kids and Kites Day on May 2nd at East Park! Opportunities like this allow Rejoice to share the joy of dance with the Nashville community while giving our dancers a chance to perform in a fun, festive setting.
