🚀 WE ARE HIRING: Temporary Outreach & Enrollment Specialist!

Are you passionate about making a difference and connecting directly with families in our community? Encompass Community School is looking for a high-energy, community-minded individual to join our team!

In this role, you will be on the ground level helping us expand our reach and support families through direct engagement.

📝 Key Responsibilities:
🚪 Canvassing & Field Outreach: Leading door-to-door neighborhood knocking to share our mission and connect with families.

📞 Phone Banking: Conducting outreach calls to engage with prospective families and answer questions.

🤝 Team Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with our dynamic Community Engagement Team on local events and initiatives.

⏰ Schedule & Compensation:
Pay: $30 / hour
Hours: 6-15 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability required (perfect for someone looking for a flexible, impactful side role!)
Status: Temporary position

🔹 Monday – Thursday: FULL DAYS of school.
🔹 Friday: EARLY DISMISSAL at 11:15 AM.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR BUS RIDERS FOR FRIDAY, MAY 22: 🚌
All bus routes will run 4 HOURS EARLIER on Friday afternoon. Please ensure someone is at the stop to meet your learner!
