Nashville Area Guest Services Association To improve knowledge of hospitality industry guest services staff in Middle TN about area venues so they can enhance travelers' Nashville experience.

The organization was founded in 1996 originally and started out as Nashville Concierge and Guest Services Association. It was founded by Tom Ketterhagen, Tommy Belcher, and Tom Sturdivant. With the formation of the Music City Concierge Association and the expansion to hotels outside of Nashville that do not have concierge, the name was changed to the Nashville Area Guest Services Association so i

t would not confuse those wishing to join with the membership of the MCCA and the work they are doing to promote the hospitality industry.
