We are excited that KIPP Kirkpatrick Elementary School will be opening in partnership with Metro Schools this summer to serve students in kindergarten and 1st grade. KIPP Kirkpatrick will serve all students who are zoned for Kirkpatrick, regardless of academic and behavioral needs. Education is based on relationships, much more so than procedures.
2. Individual growth is equally as important as in

dividual achievement, in both character and academics.
3. We are works in progress and our students are the same. Every day is a new chance for us to work towards becoming the best versions of ourselves.
4. ALL students, regardless of their social emotional functioning, deserve the opportunity to learn and grow in a school that encourages risk taking. KIPP Kirkpatrick will be focused on building and maintaining relationships with families and the community. Students will receive instruction from high quality teachers as well as daily specials like PE, music, art, and recess. Curiosity
