The Alpha Psi Chapter of Sigma Chi stands with the Tau Chapter of AEPi and the larger Jewish community, both at Vanderbilt and beyond. The acts that occurred this past weekend were disgusting, hateful, and intolerable.

The inclusive and diverse nature of the Vanderbilt student body is something in which we all take great pride, and this reprehensible occurrence is a revolting attack on the core values of our university. We refuse to allow the culprit’s actions to work against what we, our school, our Greek community, and the AEPi fraternity stand for.

Sigma Chi will not let prejudice endure. We stand with AEPi.
