Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for the first Theology on Tap of the summer. It was a good evening at the St. Edward Church Pavilion as we discussed Pope Leo XIV’s first encyclical, Magnifica Humanitas. We’re back at the pavilion July 19 and August 16 at 7:00 PM, so whether you were there for the first night or want to come by for the next ones, please join us!

This morning we had the joy of welcoming Fr. Reed Robinson, who celebrated his Mass of Thanksgiving with us at the 10:30 Mass. Many of you remember Fr. Robinson from last summer, when he served here as a seminarian before returning to the North American College in Rome. On Friday he was ordained a priest, and today he stood at our altar to offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at St. Edward for the first time.
Fr. Robinson will be in residence at St. Edward this summer before returning to Rome to continue his studies. Please keep him in your prayers as he begins his priesthood.

7th-12th Grade: Sunday, July 5 to Thursday, July 9, 6:00 to 8:00 PM
Missionary teams of college students and seminarians lead a week of Catholic faith and fun, helping kids come to know, love, and encounter Jesus Christ.
Cost: $50 per child, $150 for three or more children.

Our first Corpus Christi Potluck Picnic is in the books, and what a celebration it was! Thank you to every single one of you who came! All who celebrated with us at Mass, everyone who brought food to share, and all who were on hand to help set up and clean up. Thank you!!

Our incredible St. Edward family joined in procession this morning in honor of the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ.
The simple reason we believe? Because He said so. This isn't symbolic language or a metaphor; it's a direct teaching understood by the church from its very beginning. He truly meant it.
Last year's Corpus Christi procession was beautiful, and we want to build on that momentum. My vision is for this to become one of our biggest annual celebrations, marking the start of summer and honoring the Holy Eucharist. Join us June 7th for the 10:30 Mass, a procession, and a parish potluck brunch. Let's make this a wonderful tradition!
