Currently my roster includes students from 4-64! I incorporate music history, theory, improvisation and songwriting, based on the interests and strengths of each individual student. My background is in songwriting, I have a B.A. in music from Centre College (winning both Junior & Senior Music Awards), and graduated magna cm laude from Berklee College of Music. I've been a piano teacher at W.O. Sm

ith Nashville Community Music School since 2007, and am a founder of their Camp Backbeat summer program. Additionally, I’ve served on the fundraising board of the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville, and have an artist endorsement with Nord Keyboards. My rates are $40/half hour, $50/45 minutes and $60/hour. For two-student households I offer a discount of $35/half hour per lesson. All lessons are conducted virtually. If you're not sure that virtual is for you or your child, I highly encourage a trial lesson. My retention rate has been close to 100%.
