Move Beyond Expectation

In 2005, after flipping properties, I thought I would try my hand at real estate. I love to help people. To be honest, real estate is not always the easiest place to “Help” because a move is one of the most stress filled times in someone’s life. There are many unknowns in moving. I do my best to make it as easy as possible. It helps to have a good understanding of how a home is built. but I’ve also taken the extra steps to understand mosts aspects of real estate.

I’ve taken the college courses needed to get my Managing Broker’s License (I’m not Managing at this time.) I am a Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE) and a Graduate of Real Estate Institute, something that less than 3% of agents have achieved.

I have a heart of a teacher. I do my best to treat people with respect and understand that most people don’t buy or sell a home every month. My parent’s taught me the golden rule and I do my best to follow it. I come from a large family and a large extended foster family. I know how to work with people. I listen, show you your options and come up with a strategic plan that you are in charge of... after all, it’s your home on the line.
