Ever wonder what happens during a culinary critique? 👨‍🍳🍽️

We stepped inside Chef Zac Jenkins’s Senior Culinary Capstone class to see exactly how our instructors judge a student's final plate. Students recreated high-end dishes inspired by legendary chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten to test their contemporary production skills.

Watch to see how Chef Zac breaks down what went right and how these future chefs can elevate their techniques before hitting the industry.

A spectacular dinner for an incredible cause! 🍽️✨

Our Culinary Director, Chef Russell Ransom, and student Tessa recently cooked an exclusive, multi-course private dinner that was auctioned off for the Big Table fundraiser.

Cooked entirely in custom cast iron cookware (which the winning family kept!), the menu featured a fresh watermelon pesto and feta salad, butter-basted pan-seared New York strip with herbed fingerlings and a truffle shallot demi-glace, and a warm peach and blueberry cobbler with vanilla Chantilly cream. Swipe through to see the beautiful dishes, our team in action, and the happy family!

Stepping out of the studio and onto the pickleball court. 🏓🔥

Today we joined instructor Craig Nolan’s Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Science class at C2 Attack Volleyball Club in Hendersonville. This course challenges our creative students to step outside their comfort zones and focus on physical wellness, movement, and energy balance.

President Cyrus Vatandoost even joined the class on the court to play a few competitive rounds with the students!

Drop a comment if you think you could take the president in a match!
