After-school Program Backfield In Motion was founded in 2000, by Mr.
Joe Davis, who drew from his childhood experiences of losing his father to an automobile accident when he was only ten years old. He found inspiration from mentors in the coaches for whom he played during his formative years. The uniqueness of our programs is the emphasis on reading, math and character building to help boys achieve life skills and a new level of excellence in the classroom. 150 ch

We’re absolutely thrilled to share this incredible news with our entire Backfield in Motion family! Our summer intern, Ms. Rinaz Jamal, a student at Franklin HS, has achieved a true perfect score of 36 on the ACT exam. 🎓✨
Rinaz’s dedication to our students has been truly inspiring, serving as an exceptional role model from day one of our summer academy. Her commitment to our program goes above and beyond. We want to highlight that Rinaz, a paid intern, generously donated her earnings back to the BIM program through her nonprofit, Ubuntu for Humanity ❤️
At just a junior in high school, Rinaz has accomplished many things and has showcase her potential as a future leader in our society. We couldn’t be prouder to have Rinaz as part of our Backfield in Motion Family. Let’s all celebrate her amazing achievements! 🎉📚
