Helping nurses prevent burnout & rediscover their God-given purpose
Hi, I’m Gwen, RN, Life & Enneagram Coach.

I help nurses move from just surviving to thriving by increasing self awareness, reconnecting with faith, & making confident career/life choices.

Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).

Rest isn’t earned; it’s received. You may be depleted, friend, but you don’t have to be defeated.

Where do you notice your soul feeling drained right now?

What small practice could help you feel re-centered this week?

Effective soul care looks different for each of us. Hit reply and share with me. What feels most life giving to you when you are depleted?

The Enneagram shows how you change under pressure… and in growth.

⚠️ Stress: old habits, reactions that don’t feel like “you.”

🌱 Growth: new strengths, becoming who God made you to be.

Both are clues God can use to shape you.

💬 Which season do you see yourself in right now — stress or growth?

We all have parts of our personality that can show up in ways that are mended — healthy, whole, and life-giving — and ways that are wounded — driven by fear, insecurity, or self-protection.

The Enneagram helps us name both so we can:

✔️ Celebrate what’s healthy and strong
⚠️ Notice when we’re slipping into old patterns
…and invite God into the places that need healing.

Your wing — the number on either side of your core type — adds depth, strengths, and struggles. Knowing your mended and wounded patterns can transform the way you relate to others, make decisions, and handle stress.

💬 Which one of your wings feels stronger right now? And are you seeing more of the mended… or the wounded?

We all avoid something. In the Enneagram, it’s called your repression center—thinking, feeling, or doing.

🧠 Thinking – Avoiding mental work → reacting without a plan.
💙 Feeling – Avoiding emotions → burnout or detachment.
⚡ Doing – Avoiding action → overthinking or paralysis.

Wholeness means naming what we avoid and letting God into that space.

🩺 Healthcare pushes us to ‘just keep going’ — but what are you leaving behind?”

💡 Which one is easiest for you to avoid? Tell me⬇️

Overthinking? 🤯

Your Enneagram stance might be the reason:

🧠 Withdrawn (4, 5, 9) – Stuck in planning.
✅ Dutiful (1, 2, 6) – Stuck in ex*****on.
⚡ Assertive (3, 7, 8) – Move too fast, fix later.

On a team? This can be chaos—or a superpower.
Which one are you?

We all lead with either our gut, heart, or head—and that default setting shapes how we make decisions, respond to stress, and relate to others.

This is what the Enneagram calls our Center of Intelligence.

✨ Gut types trust instinct
✨ Heart types tune in to others
✨ Head types rely on thinking

Each center has strengths—and each one can keep us stuck when we rely on it too much.

But here’s the good news:
You don’t have to live on autopilot.
When we bring awareness to what’s really driving us, we can begin to live more balanced, with God at the center.

👉🏻 What center do you lead with most?
👉🏻 Which one do you tend to ignore?

Drop your type or your guess below—or DM me if you want help figuring it out!

Awareness is the beginning of transformation.

Whether it’s how you respond to stress, how you make decisions, or how you speak to yourself — you can’t change what you won’t name.

The Enneagram helps us understand what’s really driving us. The Gospel reminds us we’re not defined by where we’ve been.

Stay tuned - this week we’re focusing on decision making and centers of intelligence - head, heart, and gut.

Which one do you tend to rely on most?
