Dear St. Charles,

THANK YOU for this summer!! What a crazy time meeting all of you families and I'm so glad I got the opportunity to do this! This is me signing off, I'm actually heading back to Malaysia to visit family for a week today, then going back to Pennsylvania to finish my senior year of college.

I just want to take a moment to appreciate every single person I talked to this summer. What a moment to grow as a person spiritually, mentally and physically and I definitely could not have done this without each and everyone of the 3759 people I've talked to. Man I'm so grateful for everything that has happened, if you slammed the door on my face, pulled some sort of weird rejection at the door, even decided to sit down with me and pull out the MAYBE card even when I said NO MAYBES, or even buying something from me, I'm so grateful for everything. Truly, I really am.

It's been a blessing St. Charles. Thank you for all the cool families that gave me food, water, time, shelter, phone, bicycle, encouragement, prayers and man I can go on forever haha. But thank you really, I'm serious when I say that I still remember every family that I've sat down with and what we talked about and all the things we shared (I just need to see you to remember) because every family left a mark on me, even if you decided to get something or not. And for the ones that did get something from me, thank you because not only did you get an opportunity to invest in your kiddo's education but for me as well as I finish up this last year of college!

What a family it has been for the summer, St. Charles. Man, our God is an awesome God. In many ways He's provided and showed His grace and love towards me through you families. What a way to shine for Christ, St. Charles! Again, thank you!
