Vanderbilt Emergency Medical Society (VEMS) was founded in March 2007 by several Vanderbilt students with a passion for pre-hospital care. Today, VEMS has expanded to approximately 70 EMT-IVs and First Responders spanning each undergraduate class in addition to several graduate students and alumni. Interested in Emergency Medicine?? Come learn about becoming a certified First Responder during our EMR course next semester!
For those of you that didn't receive an email, we are having our 2nd GBM next Wednesday evening at 6 pm in Commons 233. First year students are especially encouraged to attend.
