Claims shouldn’t drag on for months.

There’s a more effective way to move claims forward—one built on years of real-world experience, data, and proven results.

Mathew Mulholland spent years developing and refining a process that has helped shorten the life of claims, improve outcomes for homeowners, and ultimately create better business for the professionals representing them.

Now, he’s sharing that process with you.

Whether you’re a seasoned professional or still learning the claims process, you don’t have to spend years figuring out what works through trial and error.

Join us Tuesday, August 25th for the FREE Prove-It™ or Lose-It Webinar and learn how to approach claims more effectively, reduce unnecessary back-and-forth, and spend less time on claims that should have been resolved sooner.

Better claims. Better outcomes. More time back in your business.

Your roof claims are getting lowballed. Your timelines are dragging out for months. And it's costing you referrals, revenue, and your reputation.

There's a system that's taken claims from 14 months to 10 days — built from 10,000+ claims, 800+ professionals, and 7 years of data.

Mikey used it and got referrals from his whole town. Paul stopped fighting resistance on every claim. Gary — brand new in the industry — got his first claim approved in full the same day as the inspection.

This Tuesday, I'm walking you through the exact system live. Free ticket, 120 minutes, laptop required.

The proof is in the package. Literally.
Built for contractors who would rather document it once than say it twice.

Most supplements fail because the work comes too late.

A carrier sets a reserve based on what it can reasonably anticipate paying on the claim. When your full scope arrives after that reserve is already set, the adjuster may need several levels of approval to increase it.

That means more scrutiny, more documentation, and more time.

Investigate early. Build the scope early. Present the known costs before the reserve is locked in.

Supplements should be for hidden damage and other conditions you could not reasonably discover before the work began.

Do the work up front.

Have you done the work before the adjuster arrives?

Showing up for the carrier’s inspection is not the same as completing your own investigation.

You should already know:

What damage you found.
Where it is located.
What caused it.
What scope is necessary.
What documentation supports your findings.

Put that information together before the inspection. Give the policyholder a clear proof package. Make the claimed conditions specific enough for the carrier to investigate directly.

You cannot expect a complete investigation when you have not clearly presented what needs to be investigated.

Do your work first.

A proof package has to establish five things:

What caused the loss.
When it happened.
What was damaged.
What work is necessary.
What that work will cost.

The full package may be extensive, but the strongest findings should never be buried.

Lead with a clear summary. Use bullet points. Put the most compelling photos up front. Then include the supporting documentation behind it.

Make the important evidence easy to find.
