Our recreational gymnastics program serves participants from 18 months of age through the first three levels of the USA Gymnastics (USAG) Junior Olympic program. USAG is the governing body for the sport of gymnastics in the United States. The program is designed for both introductory/recreational and competitive gymnastics which means your child can come simply for the fun and benefits of gymnasti

cs or work harder and possibly be invited to our competitive team. Our classes range from Tiny Tots classes, in which parents participate with their 18-36 month old child, to Gold level classes which consist of routines that correspond with USAG Level 3 Compulsory gymnastics. We also have Tumbling classes for those interested in floor exercises only, Core Strength and Balance classes for boys, and regularly occurring back-handspring and cartwheel clinics. These classes are designed to promote all of these things through positive reinforcement and active coaching. Gymnasts participate in themed activities combining education and fun on all four Olympic events: uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, and vault, as well as trampoline and rope. Your child will achieve a sense of accomplishment as his/her talents improve and his/her skill level progresses.

We love a collab! Throwback to “Behind the Scenes” when our Camp program teamed up with BOOST Your Art for an epic week of writing scripts, creating props, and putting on some hilarious skits! It was pretty awesome to watch so many kids using their imagination and creativity ! We feel so lucky to be a special part of their summer fun ☀️
