Our dear gym teacher, Mr Palecek, has passed. May he Rest In Peace and we offer many prayers to his family, especially his niece and our classmate, Lori Kostrzewa Carmona. He was part of so many lives and was a kind man. Feel free to post any favorite memories of gym class in the comments.

It’s always fun reconnecting with classmates.

Here’s a blast from the past. Who remembers Chickenfest? They hosted the first one in 1984 and held it for 16 years, always the first weekend in June. To me it always seemed like the perfect way to end the school year. We had takeout last night and their chicken dinner is still one of the best around.

Alright everyone, we are a year away from our 25 year reunion! How did that happen?!?! Anyways, what does everyone think about planning the reunion around one of the major fests in Milwaukee.
