I’m grateful to share that my article, Breath, Body, and the Slow Work of God, is included in the newest issue of Presence: An International Journal of Spiritual Direction + Companionship. Writing it was an invitation to listen more deeply to the ways the True Self emerges in quiet, embodied spaces. I hope these reflections serve fellow companions on the journey.

My article grows out of the shared wisdom of directees, mentors, and companions who continually teach me what it means to listen with the whole self.
