A lot of organizations genuinely care deeply about the people they serve.

But the way programs are designed often reflects deeper assumptions about how people access support, build trust, and sustain change.

This series explores one of those tensions:
individualism vs. collectivism.

In this example, I’m thinking through how something as simple as a food pantry can communicate very different values depending on how support and community are structured.

After years of leading transformative work in education, DEI, leadership development, and strategy consulting, I’m now looking for my next role, and I’m ready to bring everything I’ve learned to a team that’s ready to grow, evolve, and lead with purpose.

A moment of transparency: It feels like I’ve been pivoting non-stop since COVID.

Happy Valentine’s Day, family, friends, and followers!

I’ve decided to “show myself some love” this year by taking the big leap of transitioning from the field of education to pursuing a full-time career in corporate DEI and training! That’s right, I’m taking my talents to corporate!

Over the past few months, so many clients, family members, and friends have commented on how transformational my passion, empathy, and back ground in instructional practice could be for the corporate sector. As companies start to embrace equity and inclusion, many for the first time in their existence, they need an experienced practitioner to guide their work in a way that centers both compassion and human dignity to establish a true culture of inclusion.

CALL TO ACTION:
