Salad of the week! Shredded cabbage, carrots, spinach, kale, radishes, and avocados (of course!) with a light dressing of honey, olive oil, spicy mustard, and apple cider vinegar 🤤
Completed a hand stand, it’s probably been 2 years since I’ve been able to do one of these, or even come close! Next stop hand stand madness💪🏼🤘🏻

I can meet you at the coconut tree! 🥥 super easy homemade coconut milk. 4 cups of water and 2 cups shredded coconut. Blend on high for a couple minutes. You can use a mesh strainer and cheese cloth to make sure it’s super smooth! YUM

Craving a salty crunch? crackers hit the spot. 1 cup almond flour, 3 tbsp water, sea salt. Flatten out on parchment paper and bake 350 for 20-25 minutes! 🤤

Spent $98 at Costco today. We are practicing the $100/ week for groceries. Our family is also in a meat CSA so we end up spending about $25/week on meat. So that is $125/ week for food. We used to spend just an astronomical amount, but now that we are really focused and are disciplined in our purchases, it’s amazing how much food you feel like you have at home! Most of it is and just takes a little meal prep, and you don’t have to skimp on healthy ideas either! 🥑

Don’t think for one minute you have to have a cute outfit or a sexy workout space to get in some good movement. This is . I’m literally working out on letters and baby toys are everywhere. Set a timer and get to work! Today’s workout: 5 pushups, 20 second plank, 15 toe touch abs, and 10each donkey kicks. Complete 3-5 rounds 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
