Before moving past January 1, I need to say this out loud: thank you.

Thank you for your trust.
Thank you for your kindness.
Thank you for the courage it takes to lean into the uncomfortable, the challenging, and the honest work.

This year, some of you walked into job interviews with confidence and hired me to support you and 100% of you got the job. Others trusted me to co-create engaging, rigorous units and shared that even after other coaching experiences, this work pushed your thinking and your praxis in real ways. Week after week, you share wins after using my resources. Some of you are celebrating major milestones after taking my mini Canva course.

Because of your trust, my business is thriving.
Because of your results, I know many more will join this year.

But here’s what I need you to know:

Because of your trust, I am the first woman in three generations of my family who gets to work part-time, sustain my family, care for my daughter, and build a life with intention. That is priceless.

This community has taught me more than I ever expected. You’ve challenged me deeply, stretched me intellectually and emotionally, and made me a better educator, coach, and human. Being able to do this work, on our terms, is not just personal, it’s an act of resistance. It’s choosing rest over burnout. Collective growth over individual survival.

You’ve made La Clase de Maureen Aguilar a space of abundance, courage, and historic accomplishments. I don’t take that lightly.

And to the women who walked alongside me this year, in business and in life: you know who you are. You’ve been essential. Thank you for holding me up when the work felt heavy and celebrating me when the wins felt unreal.

From the bottom of my heart, gracias por caminar conmigo. 💛
