It's been a pretty long time since we recorded a Dryer Vent Profits Results Interview (we have a lot of catching up to do!) But this one really got me fired up!

We’re shooting a commercial at this job! Should be fun!

We’re so close to getting this rappelling training done! We’ve tried multiple times in the past but every time something happened that through us a curve ball.

But this time…

The audio was crisp ✅

The weather cooperated (even though it was real windy!)✅

The video footage turned out nice ✅

Everything was coordinated pretty smoothly ✅

That’s kind of how it works though right?

You attempt something you’ve never done before (like starting a business) and it’s harder, MUCH harder than you expected…

At which point you have two choices, give up or try again…

So you figure, ’well at least now I know what to expect! That’s progress!’

And then somewhere along the process of trying, failing, course correcting & trying again, you finally succeed!

I’m blessed to be working with a team of relentless professionals that put in hard work and don’t give up easily 🙏🏽

The Dryer Vent Tech team is currently working on a multi-unit commercial dryer vent cleaning deal.

This one’s a repeat client who is on an annual schedule. They found us on Google a year or so ago. Most of our commercial deals come from property managers finding us on Google.

Than we do our best to multiply them by:

1: Doing an amazing job that is better than what they expected.

2. Asking for referrals for other property managers/HOAs.

3. Asking them if it’s ok to add their contact info to our ever growing list of references from commercial clients that I of course send to any other PMs that request a bid from us. (They always say YES).

That’s how we’ve been getting deals so far. I’m looking forward to doing a few other activities that should help us scale our commercial revenue even faster in 2023!
