We take pride in our business style of meeting with families face-to-face at their homes to discuss one of the highest priorities a parent has: their children's education. Roughly 2,600 college students grow each year through participating in the Southwestern Advantage Sales & Leadership Program. We work with the highest caliber of college students in the world by offering the most challenging and most rewarding summer program available. Under the leadership of personal sales mentors, students operate their own independent business selling the Southwestern Advantage Learning System directly to families face-to-face. Our integrated suite of print, software, and online resources develops both academic skills and success principles in students from pre-K through high school. Student reps are thoroughly trained in how to generate prospects, leads, and referrals over the course of their summer break; a system proven to work effectively for over 160 years. The Southwestern Advantage Sales & Leadership Program is designed to be the best opportunity for personal and professional growth for college students. Southwestern student reps are able to learn and practice the principles of professional salesmanship, business management, team building, and organizational leadership as they operate their own independent businesses
