One year ago, today. My final act of cheering on my clients after 32 years as their proudest mama, biggest fan, and loudest cheerleader!

I’m doing a whole new thing—a mission I believe my whole life has journeyed towards.

There are young clients, over the years, that come to your studio and you say “You’ll have a deal, if you want it, before you graduate high school.” Such was the case with .davis. So stinkin’ smart, hard workin’, and talented.

But I consider myself so honored to have not only worked with so many talented people over the years but also incredibly fortunate to have lived the Nashville dream that only God could've planted in my heart for 20+ years. Many, many talented individuals have come through my studio over thirty years of teaching, but Clint Johnson is hands down one of the finest voices I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. I was so fortunate to catch up with him on an overnight stay in New Orleans. To hear him sing in the French quarter warmed my jazz-lovin’ heart... I only wish I could’ve spent the entire day.
