✨My heart is full from the past week where we gathered together for shared practice.

The breath led us inward as the days unfolded: early morning yoga, shared meals, afternoon workshops, swims in the pool and the sea, wandering through villages with winding streets, and the deep rest that comes only when time slows down.

Retreats are more than practice—they’re about connection: with ourselves, with each other, and with the rhythm of a place. 💛

I’m grateful we had time to get to know each other and for the shared silence.

🔱 Late Summer Ashtanga Yoga Retreat

Join me for a 6-day retreat designed to nourish body, breath, and mind.

With 30 years of practice and 20 years of teaching experience, I’m an authorized Level 2 teacher from KPJAYI/SYC in Mysore, and a trained yoga therapist. I bring these traditions together to offer accessible, personalized guidance for all levels.

✨ Beginners will leave the retreat with a foundational practice they can continue on their own — or bring confidently into any Ashtanga studio.
 ✨ Seasoned practitioners will uncover new insights and refine their practice through detailed, individualized attention.

This retreat weaves together Ashtanga Yoga and Vipassana meditation, drawing on the shared roots of both systems. Expect an immersive, transformative experience — with space to go inward, and time to simply unwind.

Join me for a late summer retreat in southern Italy!! ☀️

I’m looking so forward to my retreat !!

YogApulia is a retreat center dedicated to yoga and meditation. Nestled in the serene Valle d’Itria of Apulia, Southern Italy, it offers an intimate space aligned with nature’s rhythm—an ideal escape from the demands of daily life to deepen your practice in a tranquil, beautiful setting.

Join me for daily Mysore sessions, incorporating breathwork (pranayama), chanting, and seated meditation. Afternoon workshops and gentle evening classes will also be offered, guided by the group’s needs & interests.

This retreat welcomes practitioners of all levels—from beginners to advanced students. With a maximum of 12 participants, you can expect personalized attention.

The plant-based meals draw from local traditions, with brunch and dinner crafted to balance grains, greens, and proteins for energy and recovery.

If you feel like stepping away from the poolside or the tranquil retreat setting, you can stroll through the surrounding countryside amongst olive trees, check out local markets and historic towns or head to the nearby beaches!

Arrived at the Haus der Stille this evening to be in silence with 20 others and my dear teacher, Tineke, who I’ve known nearly 25 years 🥰

A short, sweet Vipassana retreat. Back to talking Sunday, midday. Till then… big hug! 💕✨
