Applications are opened for the 2024 Apprenticeship program. Interested applicants can register before May 29th at https://www.sheetmetal177.com/apply-now.html
Testing will take place at the union hall at 8am on Saturday, June 1st.
As of May 1st, starting 1st Year apprentice pay will increase to $21.22 per hour. Apprentices will have full-family health, dental and vision benefits after 400 hours of employment.

Friends, family & members of SMART Local #177 are welcomed to join us on Saturday, September 9th to celebrate Labor Day in downtown Nashville on Broadway.
We’ll be walking a new route this year with free parking available in a garage.

It was great to see this under reported topic FINALLY hit “main stream” TV. Tonight on NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt they reported on the surge in trade school applications and a decline in “traditional” 2/4 year college programs. Students are graduating with multiple job offers and ZERO student loan debt 💸 It’s about time!
