There is a chef that never sleeps that recently relocated from LeHigh Valley, PA to Nashville, NC.

Do you think baking is too difficult? Well, help is on the way. Chef Maria Nunley, C.E.P.C. (Certified Executive Pastry Chef), and graduate of the Culinary Arts Institute of America, has designed a "hands-on" professional baking and decorating program. Chef Nunley has selected specific cakes which require different applications.
You will be taught how to bake and decorate sponge cakes, lady fingers, chiffon cake, pound cake covered with marzipan and fondant paste and more. You will also learn how to make fillings, custards, pastry creams along with sauces including but not limited to butterscotch, ice cream and sorbets.
