Today we would like to officially announce the debut of our QuaverEd Customer Support page!
If you’ve used Quaver in your classroom over the years, then you’re well aware of our commitment to helping YOU reach your students in a meaningful way. While we can still be reached by phone and email, we know that many of our teachers prefer to reach out on social media, so we’re adding this QuaverEd Customer Support page for you to share requests for assistance, questions or concerns. The same team of people you reach when you call or email us will interact with this QuaverEd Customer Support page, this new page will be monitored Monday-Friday. It is our pleasure to provide you the help you may need!
The QuaverMusic Teachers Facebook group will always be a great place to brainstorm and share ideas, but this new QuaverEd Customer Support Page will be the quickest way to get responses on any customer service or technical support needs you might run into. Please send us a message or use to say hello, and be sure to like our new page and share it with any other Quaver teachers in your network!
We are excited for this new journey as we grow the Quaver community even stronger!
