Coming 🔜
Athletic Medicine Collective will be a multi-disciplinary, educational platform. This athlete centered community will include physicians, sport psychologists, dieticians, athletic trainers, chiropractors, physical therapists and sport performance professionals.
Journal clubs and continuing education courses are typically directed toward one of these groups in isolation. Our goal is to provide a collaborative, high performance team approach to professional development.
In order to best elevate our craft, we must do so together 🤝

We shared every emotion imaginable and damn, did we create incredible memories. What an honor I have to spread your infectious love on life with my future family.

Burning River 100 Mile Recap
On Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 4:33 AM. . I set out to complete the Burning River 100 Mile Ultramarathon.
And no this was NOT a relay race.
This event was the most difficult thing that I have ever done in my life. From excruciating leg pain to hallucinating in the middle of the woods, this experience was one that I will never forget.
Unfortunately, we did not make the 30-Hour cutoff time for the race. However, after going off course several times. . We managed to eclipse the 100-mile milestone (min/mile pace is more accurate on 3rd pic). It was not about the medal at that point, but rather all about our pride.
I could not have set out on this feat without:
• My loving family
• , and Mr. Graydon
• and his family
• and his family
• aka the sickest videographer
Now I am not saying that you have to go out and attempt a race like this. . But what is your “100 Mile”? What is a goal that scares you? A challenge that pushes you way past your comfort zone? Something that absolutely seems impossible? I am here to confidently say that YOU can push the human mind to levels that are not imaginable.
