Healing is not a destination.

It’s not the moment you finally stop second-guessing yourself, or the day you feel fearless, or the version of you that has it all figured out.

Here’s what nobody tells you about over-functioning…You don’t realize you’ve checked out on yourself until you’re standing in the middle of your life feeling like a stranger in it.

Real quick…close your eyes, or soften your gaze down.

Place a hand on your chest or your belly.

Breathe in through your nose for four counts. Release through your mouth.
Drop your shoulders.

Now, without overthinking it, notice: is your body holding onto something your mind hasn’t named yet?
You don’t need a perfect answer. You don’t need the right words. You just need to stop dismissing what your body has already been trying to tell you.

That’s where we start. 💜
