Dear Friends and Colleagues,

My former Highschool Band Director; Garry Taylor was recently involved and seriously injured in an automobile accident this past Tuesday Oct 15th.
It would mean a great deal to me, my former band mates, the city of Cullman, the entire state of Alabama, and most of all, Mr. Taylor’s Family … if you would please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

This man means a lot to me and is the reason for a lot of the healthy changes I needed to make in my youth when no one else could get through to me. As I’m more than confident he has been there and done for countless other students over so many years.

Again, I ask. Please Please Please keep him in your prayers. ❤️🙏

Former longtime Cullman High School Band Director and current Cullman Community Band Director Garry Taylor was injured in a serious automobile crash early Tuesday, Oct. 15, in Cullman County. He was airlifted to UAB Hospital where he remains in the ICU with serious internal and external injuries. Please join The Cullman Tribune staff in saying a prayer for Mr. Taylor as he recovers.
