KUDOS TO OUR Battle of the Books TEAM!
Our Battle of the Books team made of FIVE 6th graders coached by Mr. Galistel fought to quarterfinals (Top 8) before being knocked out by one question! They finished 6th place out of 24 teams that participated! So proud of these AVID readers!

The team consists of the following: Ida Bevill, Lucas Allison, Thalia Bjork-James, Raiyan Amin, and Everly Kraski.

Introducing your 2026 MLK Middle School Lady Tigers Soccer Team!

We are so excited for the season ahead and incredibly proud of this amazing group of student-athletes. This team is filled with hardworking, talented, kind, and determined young ladies who are ready to represent MLK with pride both on and off the field.

We cannot wait to watch this group grow together, compete, and create lasting memories this season. Be sure to congratulate these players as we kick off Fall 2026 Lady Tigers Soccer!

At Head Magnet when we take aim, we hit our targets! Our students had a great experience in physical education this week with Coach Cody and learning more about Archery!
