I’m sitting with so much gratitude. Truly. 🤍

This year’s Fill Your Cup was hard to put into words. To look around the room and see so many women gathered with open hearts was something I will never take lightly.

We shared laughter, tears, honest conversations, meaningful hugs, new friendships, and moments that reminded us none of us are meant to carry life alone. There was so much kindness in that room. So much strength. So much heart.

To every woman who came, thank you for saying yes to yourself and trusting this space with your presence, your story, and your heart. You are what makes Fill Your Cup so special.

To our speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and every helping hand behind the scenes, thank you for giving so generously and helping create a day that made women feel deeply cared for.

My hope is that what was stirred in you continues long after the day is over. That courage grows, healing continues, friendships last, and you remember that you matter too.

The details were set with intention and care for you all.

The seats were all waiting, the stage standing bright,
The confetti was ready to burst with delight.

The coffee soon brewing, the gifts placed with grace,
Tomorrow warm laughter would fill every space.

Some women come with friends, some come on their own,
Some may not yet know how deeply they’ve grown.

With full hearts we whisper, as daybreak draws near,
We cannot wait to welcome each woman this year.

Walking into a room full of women can bring up all kinds of feelings.

Excitement. Curiosity. Nerves.

What do I wear?
Will everyone already know each other?
Will I fit in?
Will I be the only one who came alone?

If that’s you, I see you. Truly.

Showing up somewhere new takes courage, especially when life has already asked so much from you.

But has always felt different. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can FEEL it.

The warmth.
The welcome.
The genuine energy.
Women smiling at you before you know their names.
Seats being saved.
Conversations starting easily.

The kind of kindness that lowers your shoulders the second you arrive.

You may come hoping to reconnect with old friends.
You may leave with new ones.
You may realize so many women walked in feeling the exact same way you did.

This is not a room built on comparison or cliques.
It’s a room full of women ready to cheer for each other, laugh together, grow in the messy middle, and make space for one another.

So if you’ve been nervous to come alone, uncertain about stepping into a new room, or wondering if you belong here…

Market Hall in the Mercer County Fairgrounds

Doors Open at 8:00 am
Check-in is from 8:00 am - 8:30 am.
Programming starts at 9:00 am.
Programming ends at 3:00 pm.

Pro-tip: We recommend getting there as soon as the doors open to grab the best seat in the house, your coffee, and your confetti headshot while your makeup is fresh! See you soon! 👯‍♀️

But let’s not forget who this day is for.

**You.**

The version of you who has been pouring into everyone else.
The version of you who keeps showing up, carrying a lot, and asking for very little.
The version of you who may have gotten lost somewhere in the busy.

Fill Your Cup is a chance to return to yourself. To hear your own thoughts again. To breathe deeper. To laugh, reflect, feel inspired, and remember the woman underneath all the responsibilities.

Community matters. Connection matters.
