If you haven’t gotten your blazer yet, make sure you stop by and see Mr. Williamson as soon as possible.

Don’t forget to get your forms signed and turned in, this is super important.
DUE DATE: FEBRUARY 24TH

Practices are OPEN and any officer can help you. They are not mandatory but practicing is a big part of doing well in your competition. The more you practice, the more confident and prepared you’ll be.

With the weather and recent scheduling changes, we’re trying to stay ahead and keep everything on track as a chapter. Please bring in state money tomorrow if possible so we can remain on time and prepared.

If you’re unable to turn it in tomorrow, please do so as soon as possible when we return, with the final due date being February 2nd.

Please make sure all parents are added to the State Remind so they can stay informed on important updates for the next few weeks, including practices for written events, role plays, and other state-related information.

All competition boards are due Friday, 1/16 NO EXCEPTIONS.
Friday is the only day to turn boards in. Boards should be fully finished, which means your paper must be completed in order to create your board.

📄 Paper Deadline: January 30

Don’t forget our mandatory parent meeting is TOMORROW. Attendance is required to go to State, so make sure you are there.
