We had so much fun working with the Advanced ESL class on this project. There were so many great designs, lots of amazing teamwork, and plenty of laughs as students learned some STEM vocabulary. Thank you for having us!

As our Advanced ESL class read Robinson Crusoe, students in Teacher Bill’s class partnered with the Xploration program to learn how to make floats. After the lesson, they built their own floats and tested them in water using magnets. It was a great example of teamwork, hands-on learning, and contextualized English instruction in action! Thank you Mr. Jeremy and Ms. Dina!

It may be dreary outside today, but we're remembering the beautiful day we had earlier this month at the 2026 Expo held by the Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains. Jeremy had a blast (literally!) helping scouts earn their Fling Flyer 🚀and Roller Coaster 🎢 Mechanical Engineering badges. And Miss Dina had a great time sharing the newly updated Augmented Reality sandbox and helping students learn a bit about bubble science (did you know you can bounce a bubble?). We had a great time and loved seeing everyone explore new things!

💥🥤 Soda Geysers at Fisk Elementary! 🥤💥

We had a BLAST today during a special Xploration After School enrichment program at Fisk Elementary School in Salem, NH!

Today’s theme was Soda Geysers, and our young scientists explored the differences between physical and chemical changes through some seriously fun, hands-on experiments. 🧪🔬

❄️ Students experimented with instant snow, observed an amazing physical change, and even got to take some home!

🚀 Then it was time for the BIG experiment! Students selected Mentos candies to drop into bottles of Diet Coke and tested what happened when we changed different variables — including the number of Mentos released at once and different geyser spouts.

There were predictions, experiments, LOTS of excitement…and some pretty impressive geysers! 🌋🥤

We love giving students opportunities to ask “What happens if…?” and then letting them find out for themselves!

📣We're excited to announce some pretty amazing upgrades to our Watersheds & Landforms workshops! Thanks to our partnership with Pennichuck Water, Mr. Jeremy was able to create a new, custom-built Augmented Reality (AR) sandbox built into a motorized cart for easier transportation into schools! And that's not all! Our AR Software also got an upgrade thanks to AR-Sandbox.eu and is now more robust and has great new features to explore. The PreK class here at the Adult Learning Center tested out the new setup this morning and had a blast!
